Platform Terms
SPV shares are not publicly tradable. The platform has a transfer board where you can post an expression of interest to sell for other participants in the same project to consider, and the sale is formalised through an assignment recorded in the Shareholders' Book.
For the investor: Circular Urban guarantees neither a buyer nor an exit timeframe. It is wise to participate with funds not needed in the short term.
