The project company
It's an independent S.A.S. (Colombian Law 1258 of 2008). Whatever happens in another project, or at Circular Urban, doesn't touch it.
The asset
It's run by whoever knows the business best: hospitality people for a hotel, energy people for a solar farm.
The results
What the asset earns is shared out by your participation. It depends on how the asset does, which is why we don't promise you a fixed return.
And again, for as long as the asset keeps operating.
We find the project, put it together and hand it to people who know how to run it. We don't operate the assets, and every project stands on its own: the risk of one never mixes with another.
We look for, and closely analyze, a plot, a building or a piece of land with potential.
We create the project company and put in writing what belongs to each participant.
An expert partner takes care of the asset, and what it earns is shared out by each participant's stake.
Before you put in a single peso, you see everything, at your own pace. Nobody asks you to sign something you haven't been able to read.
We do it with every participant, no exceptions. That unlocks the project's full financial information.
You review the Issuance and Placement Regulations (Reglamento de Emisión y Colocación) and the company's terms, at your own pace.

Every Circular Urban project operates under an independent legal vehicle. Your participation doesn't depend on Circular Urban S.A.S.'s financial health — it depends on the asset you invested in.
Each project is incorporated as a separate company under Colombia's Law 1258 of 2008. If URBAN S.A.S. ever had an issue, your participation in the project is unaffected. They are completely distinct legal estates.
For projects that require it, funds are managed through a private fiduciary structure with an entity supervised by Colombia's Financial Superintendence. Circular Urban does not directly custody or manage participants' money.
The fiduciary is a supervised entity.
Circular Urban complies with the SAGRILAFT program under Circular 100-000016 of the Superintendence of Companies. All participants go through identity verification before subscribing.
Circular Urban S.A.S. is not a financial institution and does not raise funds from the public. It is a commercial company that manages private projects with contractual backing, asset separation, and full traceability.
