Every Circular Urban project operates under an independent legal vehicle. Your participation doesn't depend on Circular Urban S.A.S.'s financial health — it depends on the asset you invested in.

Independent company per project

Each project is incorporated as a separate company under Colombia's Law 1258 of 2008. If URBAN S.A.S. ever had an issue, your participation in the project is unaffected. They are completely distinct legal estates.

Trust administration when applicable

For projects that require it, funds are managed through a private fiduciary structure with an entity supervised by Colombia's Financial Superintendence. Circular Urban does not directly custody or manage participants' money.
