The cash flow projection was made on a straight-line basis, with annual indexation for costs and expenses, under occupancy scenarios of 65% and higher. Financial models are evaluated under four scenarios based on projected occupancy rates: from a baseline scenario (65%) with a reference IRR of approximately 12% EAR, to optimistic scenarios (85–95%) with a reference IRR between 20% and 29% EAR. The estimated capital recovery ranges from 37 to 60 months depending on the scenario. These are reference figures and are not binding. In each project, we provide our investors with base tax reports, which contain the minimum supported financial information needed to clearly and transparently validate income, costs, expenses, and profits. These reports not only ensure that each party can easily meet their tax obligations, but they also serve as evidence for reviews by the DIAN (the Colombian tax authority) or other authorities. In practice, they function as a reliable and periodic input that ensures profit distribution is based on real and verified figures, providing security and confidence throughout the entire investment process.

Distribution of results to investors will be made once the project reaches its operational break-even point and completes 100% of the reserve fund, according to the estimated timelines published in the project's attached documents. Results are not guaranteed and are subject to the actual performance of the asset. Distribution will be made in accordance with the contract and each investor's participation ratio.
