Circular Houses is Circular Urban's first operated hospitality project: 6 short- and long-stay apartments, a café-coworking space, a gastronomic rooftop, and 4 curated retail spaces — all integrated into a single ecosystem in Medellín.

Financial models are evaluated across four scenarios based on projected occupancy rates: from a base scenario (65%) with a reference IRR of ~12% annually, to optimistic scenarios (85–95%) with a reference IRR between 20% and 29% annually. Estimated capital recovery ranges from 37 to 60 months depending on the scenario.
