Proyecto Vegas is a mixed-use development on a 22,783 m² lot fronting two road systems in La Pintada, Antioquia: the new national road (Route 25, the Pacífico 2 bypass) and the town's internal municipal road.
The master plan covers a retail park of street-level units, institutional and light-industrial units, four five-storey residential buildings, parking areas, a central park and boulevard, and two service station pads.
The lot has been in commercial operation for decades and is zoned MIB-5 (multiple activity) under Municipal Agreement 009 of 2023 of the La Pintada land-use plan.
Pacífico 1 · 2 · 3 corridor
Where the three Pacific highways meet
22,783 m² on the Medellín–Southwest–Coffee Region corridor, at the exact point where Pacífico 1, 2 and 3 converge. A retail park, service stations and mid-rise housing on a lot that has been in commercial operation for decades.

Location and access
Two entrances, two traffic speeds
The lot fronts two different road systems: the new national road (Route 25, the Pacífico 2 bypass) on the eastern side, and the internal municipal road of La Pintada on the western side — already used by the Subway La Pintada that operates on this same lot.

New road entrance — Route 25 / Pacífico 2 bypass
Eastern side of the lot, on the dual-carriageway national road. Vehicle access for the service station pad is under review with ANI.
Municipal road entrance — internal street, Rafael Uribe Uribe
Western side, on the urban grid of La Pintada. Existing entrance already in use — the same frontage where Subway La Pintada operates today.
The corridor
A mandatory node, not a midpoint
Pacífico 2 and Pacífico 3 are already in operation and run straight through La Pintada. Pacífico 1 completes the system and is 97% built. All three highways share one point of origin: this corridor.

Two tolls, one node
La Pintada toll
New road — La Pintada–Bolombolo dual carriageway (Pacífico 2), km 11–12
~4,000 veh/day · 60% heavy freight
Primavera toll
La Pintada–Santa Bárbara–Primavera road, corridor towards Medellín (same concession)
Figure pending verification · monthly ANI-OETR TPDM report
Both tolls are operated by Concesión La Pintada (Pacífico 2) and control all traffic entering and leaving the corridor at this point. The La Pintada toll figure comes from a public 2021 record; ANI publishes updated Average Daily Monthly Traffic (TPDM) figures per station, worth requesting to consolidate a current combined figure for both tolls.
Connection to the country and the Pacific
From this point the corridor connects to the interior of the country, the Coffee Region and the Pacific outlet. Reference road distances and times — both will shorten once Pacífico 1 and Pacífico 3 are finished.

Why here
An asset already in operation, not an empty lot
01
Active commercial operation
Hotel use and highway-stop activity consolidated over decades, with infrastructure, utilities and economic activity already in place.
02
Frontage on a national corridor
Direct access on the Medellín–Southwest–Coffee Region corridor, on the stretch where the three Pacífico highways converge.
03
Captive through traffic
Permanent flow of freight and intercity transport — the project does not have to generate its own traffic, it captures it from the corridor.
04
Clear, current zoning
MIB-5 multiple-activity zoning under Agreement 009 of 2023, with commercial, institutional and light-industrial uses already permitted.
