FONTUR is Colombia's National Tourism Fund. The parafiscal contribution that carries its name is paid by tourism service providers in Colombia and funds national tourism promotion.

Because the project operates short-term rental apartments, it is subject to this tax: hosting guests makes it a tourism service provider under Colombian law.

Example: in June 2026 the FONTUR tax was $96,000 COP. No amount appears for July due to the operator transition and the period's different day count.
