The operator is the specialized team responsible for managing the asset on a day-to-day basis: listing on hospitality platforms, pricing, guest services, maintenance, and cleaning. Their performance directly impacts the project's indicators — occupancy, ADR, RevPAR — and therefore the results received by participants.
