What is the reimbursement of costs and expenses?

A reimbursement is money returning to the project because someone else owed it or had over-charged. It is not a new sale: it is a refund recorded as income because it offsets an expense already booked.

It appears as revenue so the books balance, but it is worth reading separately from operating revenue: it does not reflect commercial activity, it reflects a correction.

Example: in June 2026 the reimbursement was $4,848,551 COP, including Wynwood's first refund for excess cleaning charges (USD 366). That money had previously gone out as an expense and is now coming back.
