What are CAPEX repayment and settlement?

CAPEX repayment refers to each partial payment that pays down the initial investment. When you see "installment 8/8" it means the eighth of eight — the last one. Settlement is the definitive closing of the account: the moment the debt with the operator reaches zero.

These payments are extraordinary — they do not repeat. Once CAPEX is settled, that charge disappears from the project's results.

Example: in June 2026, $2,402,035 COP was repaid, and in July the final payment of $7,619,808 COP was made. With that, the total USD 18,730 debt was cancelled and closed.
