A guided tour through the Plaza Minorista José María Villa, to connect with the origin, the territory, and the flavors.

For 2 hours we'll explore the world from a more conscious perspective on how we inhabit the city.

We'll be joined by Luis Daniel Vargas, a professional gastronome and chef, who will guide us through the ingredients, their stories, and the relationship between what we eat and the territory they come from. An experience designed to explore the world through the senses.
