Circular Houses keeps consolidating as a mixed-use project in Medellín that brings together housing, retail, and collaborative workspace under a single fractional investment model. Here is how August went.
A major milestone: partnership with IWG
The month's most significant step forward is the signing of a contract with IWG, one of the world's leading flexible workspace companies, through its Regus brand.
The agreement activates a significant portion of the building as co-working offices and adds a stable, long-term income component to the project, backed by an international operator.
Recovery and operational stabilization
Apartment operations also showed positive signs of recovery over the past month — the result of the ongoing commercial and operational optimization work we do alongside the building's management team.
A project advancing in phases
Circular Houses was conceived as a staged development, and today several of the building's components are already generating value: housing, retail, and now co-working offices.
The remaining components — including additional retail space and high-potential common areas such as the rooftop — are still being activated and represent the project's next stages of growth.
The potential ahead
With the diversification of uses that an international operator like IWG brings, Circular Houses strengthens its long-term outlook: a more resilient model, with multiple income streams and a building evolving toward its full value-generating capacity.
The team continues working to activate 100% of the available spaces and to establish Circular Houses as a benchmark for mixed-use real estate investment projects in Medellín.
