At Circular Houses we continue turning a vision into a real space to live, work, connect, and discover new ways of experiencing the city. Today we want to share with our community the project's latest progress and what's coming in this new construction stage.
Phase 1: spaces already in operation
The first phase of the project is now complete and operational.
We currently have two commercial units finished — one is already leased and operating, while the second remains available for future partners who want to be part of the Circular ecosystem.
In addition, four apartments are already in operation, the first hospitality spaces of the project, which today welcome guests and begin to bring the Circular Houses experience to life through flexible stays.
This first stage has allowed us to validate our vision of creating a place where hospitality, community, and city converge in a single space.
Phase 2: close to 90% complete
The second phase of the project is currently in its final stretch, reaching close to 90% execution.
Right now we are wrapping up finishing work and final adjustments to deliver new spaces that will significantly expand the project's possibilities.
The areas that will soon be available include:
First and second floors: flexible workspaces
We will deliver the levels dedicated to offices, designed to operate under a coworking and BPO services model, allowing entrepreneurs, companies, and work teams to find a flexible, collaborative environment adapted to new ways of working.
Third floor: new lodging units
Phase 2 also incorporates two new apartments:
- A four-bedroom apartment, designed for groups, families, or long-term stays.
- A one-bedroom apartment, ideal for solo travelers or couples.
These new units will strengthen Circular Houses' hospitality offering and expand our capacity to host visitors looking for authentic experiences in Medellín.
Rooftop ready for operation
One of the project's most anticipated spaces is the rooftop, which will be delivered fully prepared for use and rental.
This new venue will enable gatherings, events, cultural experiences, and community activities aligned with the vision of Circular Houses as a living space for the city.
170 m² deck on the first floor
As part of this phase, we will also deliver 170 square meters of outdoor deck on the first floor, an area designed to boost interaction between guests, visitors, entrepreneurs, and the local community.
This space will complement the project experience, offering an open place to meet, linger, and build relationships.
Building much more than a building
Every milestone represents much more than finished square meters. Circular Houses was born with the purpose of creating an ecosystem where hospitality, work, community, and city can naturally coexist, in a prime location such as El Poblado.
We are getting closer to the project's full delivery and continue working so that every space reflects our vision of living in Medellín through connection, flexibility, and meaningful experiences.
