Great news! Here's how Circular Houses is progressing

Since November, Circular Houses has been operating with Phase 1, currently active with four apartments that have maintained excellent occupancy since day one. This first step not only marks the start of the project's operation but also validates its value proposition and its ability to generate value as we continue its development.

Here are the most relevant milestones from the current construction phase: We just closed a key stage and the activity on-site is incredible.

• Floor 1 & 2 (Coworking): 360 m² dedicated to flexible spaces, meeting rooms, and private offices with full amenities.
• Floor 3 (Apartments): Development of short and medium-stay loft-style units, optimized with high-quality finishes and private jacuzzi options.
• Rooftop: We will have two commercial spaces on a 180 m² terrace with panoramic views of the city.
• Construction Status: We have completed the structure and perimeter enclosures; we are formally beginning the finishing works stage.
