It is the benefit that exempts eligible equipment and services for renewable energy projects from VAT, under Law 1715 (updated by Law 2099) and Decree 895 of 2022.
For the investor: this one is not automatic either. It covers only eligible goods and services and requires meeting the certification requirements.
